You'll need to pay your tuition fee deposit before you can apply for your Student visa.
Look out for an email from our Finance Team with your tuition fee invoice and details of how to make your payment.
If you're funding your studies through a government, federal or provincial student loan scheme (such as FAFSA, Sallie Mae or OSAP), we recommend applying as early as possible and letting us know that you plan to use this funding.
From May
If you do not hold a UK or Republic of Ireland passport, you will usually need a Student visa to study in the UK. You can apply for your visa up to six months before your course start date.
Once you have paid your tuition fee deposit, we'll email you an invitation to create a CAS Shield account and complete your CAS application.
A Confirmation of Acceptance for Studies (CAS) is an official document issued by Hartpury. It includes a unique CAS number that you'll need to provide in your Student visa application.
Once you have received your CAS, you can submit your Student visa application to UK Visas and Immigration (UKVI) through the UK Government website.
Applying for a CAS and Student visa can seem complicated, but don't worry. Our International Team will guide you through the process and provide support.
