Harrison Lowe

Harrison studied BSc (Hons) Sports Coaching at Hartpury and now owns a Sports Coach Recruitment company called Coach Connect.

"I thoroughly enjoyed my time at Hartpury it was great to be around people who love sport as much as me. The campus facilities are amazing. I particularly appreciated that Hartpury is small compared to other Universities as it meant I could build close relationships to lecturers and peers. I have been so amazed with the continued support I have received from Hartpury even though I graduated 3 years ago.

Hartpury taught me life skills that can be applied to so many different situations. The course taught me a lot about communication and how to present an idea. The whole University experience really set me up for a balanced work and social life.

I had the idea of Coach Connect whilst in my 2nd year at Hartpury. The support I received from Hartpury is one of the main reasons the company is up and running today. I will always be grateful for the help and funding I received from Hartpury. I love that I can work in the sports industry and help clubs and businesses grow, allowing more people, regardless of age, to get physically active."
