The Acorns face a testing tie in the FA Trophy Second Qualifying Round on Saturday when we travel to an inform Weymouth.
Despite being played at the Terras Bob Lucas Stadium, the Acorns will still be the home side, as per the original draw.
It will be the Acorns first ever trip to Weymouth, as we look to return to winning ways following a goalless draw with Paulton Rovers last time out in the league.

TERRAS TROPHY HISTORY
The Terras kicked off their Trophy campaign with an emphatic 5-1 victory over fellow Southern League Div One South side, Melksham Town.
Tom Bearwish and Calvin Brooks started the scoring for the Terras before Toby Holmes bagged himself a brace either side of the break.
Tor Swann completed the afternoon’s scoring, setting up the tie with the Acorns.
The Terras are playing out their 58th FA Trophy campaign having played in the competition every year since 1969.
That year, they reached the third round conceding just one goal, coming in their 1-0 replay defeat to Hillingdon Borough.
The Terras have twice reached the quart-finals of this competition in 1974 and 1977 but were defeated narrowly by Dartford (’74) and Altrincham (’77).
Weymouth were involved in a crazy Trophy game during the 2003-04 season, when they played out a thrilling 13-goal encounter with Lewes beating the Sussex based side 8-5.
UNBEATEN START
The Terras have been unstoppable so far this season, winning all of their first seven games in all competitions.
Weymouth started with a huge Southern League Div One South derby win over Dorchester Town, defeating their rivals 5-1 at the Bob Lucas.
League wins over Larkhall Athletic and Falmouth Town followed before they put six past Shepton Mallett in the FA Cup.
Back-to-back wins over Melksham followed across league and Trophy before the Terras stunned Southern League Premier South side, Bath City, on their own patch 2-0 in the FA Cup.
Their unbeaten start to the campaign sees them sit second in the league with just goal difference keeping them off the leaders Swindon Supermarine.
IN THE DUGOUT – JAMIE WELLS
Jamie Wells took the helm at the Bob Lucas back in December 2025 as part of a club wide rebuild, with the club sitting in the relegation zone.
Wells tried everything to keep the Terras at step three but evidently fell short of his short term goal with the Terras suffering a back-to-back relegations.
But, after a summer of investment on the pitch, Wells’ side have made the perfect start winning seven straight games.
PLAYER TO WATCH – BROOKLYN GENESINI
Brooklyn Genesini has proved to be a handful for teams so far this season, with the 24-year-old notching up seven goals in seven games.
What makes this more impressive is the fact that Genesini is a right back and has bagged himself 14 goals in total across two spells with the Terras.
The full-back came through the ranks at AFC Bournemouth and made his first team debut in the EFL Cup in 2022 against Norwich City.
Genesini capped off his Bournemouth debut by scoring a stoppage time equaliser, during their 2-2 draw, forcing the game to be decided by penalties, which the Cherries came out on top.
Prior to joining Weymouth, Genesini enjoyed spells at Poole Town, Yeovil Town, Swindon Town, Dorchester and even spent time playing for Danish side Naestved BK.
