Luke Brick

Career Overview

I joined Hartpury University as a Lecturer in Sports Performance Analysis in July 2020, following a number of years working in applied performance analysis environments. After completing an MSc in Sports Performance Analysis with distinction at Cardiff Metropolitan University, I went on to work in professional football for a number of years across academy and senior levels. I also worked with the global governing body for rugby union, World Rugby, for seven years, supporting the analysis department in gathering data and video to inform law trials, referee evaluation and player welfare. More recently I have become a Fellow of Advance HE.

Within my current role, I support the delivery of performance analysis content across our undergraduate and postgraduate provision. Whilst aiming to provide current students with practical learning opportunities within our Sports Academy and through external partners.
