Career Overview

I am currently a Lecturer in Strength and Conditioning at Hartpury. Alongside this role, I am the Head of Strength and Conditioning at Hockey Wales and the Director of Integrate Sports, a strength and conditioning company. Previous roles have included S&C Coach at the English Institute of Sport, and Physical Education Teacher at Cheltenham College.
